Will joining the BingoHelps.com network cost me anything?

No. members enjoy their full deposit as well as all bonuses and promotions given to any other player.

Do I need to do anything more after joining?

After joining the BingoHelps.com network, you need to follow a link from our site to our partners' site, and sign up there. Donations will be made as long as you continue playing under that registration. If for some reason you wish to re-register, or to start playing at another site, you will need to come back to our site and follow a link to the Bingo site again.

How much is donated?

BingoHelps.com donates at least 10% of our members' monthly net deposits (i.e. deposits minus withdrawals) made at our partner sites. This percentage will increase as the total amount of deposits in our network rises. When this rate will increase, we will notify our members and post an announcement on our website.

How do I know for sure the donations are really being made?

BingoHelps.com transfers donations electronically to accounts of the chosen non-profit organizations. Registered members receive a monthly email report detailing how much has been donated in their name, as well as the total donations made by Bingo Helps to their chosen cause.

I already have a bingo account with one of your partners, not through BingoHelps.com. Can I join and continue playing my regular Bingo?

No. In order for the donations to be made, BingoHelps.com members are required to sign-up for the first time at one of our partner sites. If you already have an account at the same site, the program will not take effect. So, if you wish to join, please choose a different bingo site.

However, we have partnered with leading Bingo sites each using a different software platform. If your regular Bingo uses one of these platforms, you will be able to continue playing with the same software, people and CM's as you are used to.
